All Around Mobility takes pride in its uncompromising customers service. Thus, if your satisfaction from the product is not %100, you are entitled to request a fund. For most products, it’s a full refund.
Please note that:
- The product must be unused and in its original package.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Products must be returned within 30 days.
If you wish to request a refund, please call us at 1 (800) 998-8939. Operating hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm PST. Note that returns won’t necessarily be sent to our headquarters.

Open Box Special
Incorrectly ordered products or products with minor imperfections are referred to as open box specials. These products are non-returnable.
